Users are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and verifying all information before sending or acting upon it. TradePilot AI is not responsible for construction methods, workmanship, safety practices, engineering decisions, legal compliance, building code compliance, permit compliance, project outcomes, or financial losses.

The rules for using TradePilot AI.
TradePilot AI is a project management and productivity platform provided on an as-is basis. You agree to use the platform lawfully, to keep your credentials secure, and to remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and the documents you send. Accounts may be suspended for misuse. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period.

What we collect and how it is handled.
We collect account information, company information, project data, uploaded files and usage telemetry in order to operate the platform. Data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure, is never sold, and is shared only with the subprocessors required to deliver the service. You may request an export or deletion of your company data at any time.

Consent to sign and receive records electronically.
You consent to conduct business electronically and agree that electronic signatures applied inside TradePilot AI carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures. You are responsible for verifying signer identity and for retaining executed copies. You may withdraw consent by contacting support, which may limit platform functionality.

AI output is a draft that a human must approve.
TradePilot AI uses artificial intelligence to generate estimates, contracts, schedules, reports, emails and recommendations. All AI output is a draft. Nothing generated by AI is sent, signed, submitted, approved or acted upon without explicit human approval inside the platform. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every AI-generated item before use.

Where your data lives and how it is backed up.
Your company data is stored in encrypted cloud storage with access restricted by role-based permissions and row-level security. Automatic backups are taken on a recurring schedule and retained for disaster recovery. You are responsible for exporting records you are legally required to retain beyond your subscription term.

Terms of participation in the TradePilot AI Early Access programme.
### 1. Pre-release software Early Access builds of TradePilot AI are pre-release. Features may change, behave unexpectedly, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on an Early Access feature as your only record for anything legally or financially binding. ### 2. Complimentary access Your access is provided at no charge for the duration of the program. No payment details are required and you will not be charged. If you later choose a paid plan, you will see the price and confirm it before anything is billed. ### 3. Confidentiality Unreleased features, screenshots and roadmap information shared with you are confidential until publicly announced. ### 4. Feedback Feedback you submit may be used to improve the product. Do not include passwords, payment card data or personal health information in feedback. ### 5. Your data Your company data remains yours. Support staff can only reach your account through a time-limited, reason-logged support grant, which is recorded in your company's support access history and visible to you. ### 6. AI assistance AI features draft and recommend only. TradePilot AI never approves, signs, submits, sends or finalizes anything on your behalf. Every action requires your explicit confirmation. ### 7. Ending the program Either side may end participation at any time. Your data remains available under the standard terms of service.
